Dr. Dawn Nwamuo has transformed our Breast team at Kaiser Permanente and I believe she can do the same as the Dublin School Board Trustee. When Dr. Nwamuo joined our team, I had already been working in the department for 15 years. I personally witnessed the continuous progression of change she drove through her leadership skills that turned our department around from low performing to high performing. Nwamuo: Everyone's path is different. Mine included 27 years of education to become a medical doctor. This experience gave me exposure to education on many levels, which provided great insight into what works and equally important what doesn’t. Also, my mother was a teacher for 29 years; my sister has been a teacher and administrator for 22 years; and an aunt was an administrator for 30 years.
